    Damn.
I remember just a few months ago, @KaleemWasif aka $incere telling me his idea of releasing a beat-tape inspired by the 90’s cartoon Doug. For all the 80’s babies, how dope is that??? Well, it’s FINALLY here!

After hearing the first song idea, I was completely hyped to hear the project in full effect. The #AsiaticRhythms in house producer has a lot up his sleeve — this is just a taste. Beets features all original production from Kaleem “$incere” Wasif, but is packed with plenty of bass heavy hip-hop, trap, funky & smooth beats that are mid-west inspired. So, don’t listen if your speakers lack in bass, you gotta let this one BUMP. My favorite Beets include, “Doug’s Farewell”, “Skeeter Valentine”, “Judy”, “Chalky Studebaker”, “Guy Graham”, “Patti Mayonnaise”, “Funnie Papers”, “Doug Loves Beets”, “Nightmare on Jumbo Street”, “The Adventures of Quailman & Quaildog”, “The Bluffs”, & “Douglas Yancy Funnie”. Although the tracks are short & sweet, ironically many of the songs sound & match the characters….that’s the best part.
